LV2 Patcher Updated by Kmeaw - Some Crashing Fixed

Kmeaw has updated his github with a new version of his LV2 Patcher program. The latest version fixes some of the crashing that users previously experienced. For those of you using the newer backup managers, with built in lv2 patching, you will need to wait for those respective developers, to update their individual managers.

New Features:

• Font pixel doubling.
• Add indentation rules.
• Change patch format.
• Version bump.
• Reindent the code using new Makefile (make indent).
• Prepare to share some code with GaiaManager.
• Fix some crashes by disabling some of the patches.
